Hottt Corn
I love hot sauce … a lot. If you agree and have never tried hot-sauce popcorn, you really should …
Place popped popcorn (low-fat microwaved works great) in large bowl with a lid. Drizzle with a generous amount of hot sauce (of course, the first rule of cooking applies … you can always add more, but can’t take it away if you go overboard). Quickly place the lid on the bowl and shake it up. Enjoy!
And the thing I love most about hottt corn … it proves Chewy really is my dog. It’s covered in hot sauce and … he loves it.

Question: does pouring hot sauce on the popcorn make it shrivel up like when you pour butter on it? I like my corn fluffy.

If you like your popcorn fluffy … this may not be the thing for you. Not all of the kernels get saucy, but the ones that do are definitely shriveled.

Wow… I forgot all about this one! There are three “t”s in hottt corn? Really?

I almost gave you credit for it … I figured I’d wait until you made a fun comment
. According to some people, the more “t”s, the hotter it is … I figured hot sauce popcorn deserved three.

I tried this concoction tonight and really enjoyed it, even though I have that thing about the kernels getting stuck in my teeth – (so I guess I’ll search high and low around the bathroom for some floss tonight). However I am of the family of thought that you can’t put on too much hot sauce (I mean why would you want to take any away???) I also went with the Louisana style as opposed to Tobasco – since you didn’t specify. Thanks for spicing up my Sunday night

Louisianna is definitely the way to go … thanks for the tip Beck! And glad you enjoyed it … floss or not.
