I have friends who raise a varitety of fowls in Jeff Co, and they get a variety of colored eggs from their various chicks. My local market, Freddies, recently started carrying double yolk eggs! I agree with you though about getting eggs from TJ's. I was having problems digesting eggs. I thought I had become allergic, however, my doctor said that I'm not allergic to eggs, rather, I'm allergic to the fed that the chickens eat. Since I stopped eating Schnucks eggs and buying eggs at Trader Joes, or at Sappington International Farmer's Marekt, no more problems!
